I found out about Spartan Krav Maga when I saw a post about their 28 day Challenge. The idea of mixing self defence with fitness really appealed to me. The price was very reasonable so I signed up and havent looked back. These sessions are fun, informative and the people there are just wonderful. The mealplans provided were great though I mostly was in it for the workouts. I enjoyed my time in the challenge so much that I signed up and now attend sessions 2-3 times a week. I love having access to more advanced Krav sessions. Everyone can benefit from feeling stronger, confident and empowered to defend themselves.
My fiance and I joined the 28 day challenge as a fun way for us to try something new together. Amelia lead us throughout the program and I cannot say enough good things about her! The whole experience was alot of hard work but also alot of fun. As someone who hasn't done martial arts previously and who struggles with keeping a gym workout, this alternative has been amazing. I have surprised even myself throughout the process and I am so glad I signed on as a member going forward!
